NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - FOX 8 Sports told you first this morning, Warren Easton’s football season came to an early end with three games still left on the schedule.
The Eagles were already banned from postseason play for a recruiting violation involving assistant coaches.
Easton also forfeited their first two wins of the season for using an ineligible player.
Their latest and last transgression, a fight against Douglas on the field that resulted in the contest being halted in the third quarter.
Easton only played six games in the 2023 season.
School officials and the LHSAA wouldn’t comment on the matter.
